Job Title: Lighting Technician Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking a Lighting Technician Foreman to oversee technicians at a facility, focusing on retrofit lighting upgrades. The role involves managing all tasks required for the successful installation of energy conservation lighting projects. This includes ensuring the jobsite is clean and prepared, assisting with light fixture assembly and installations, and following all relevant safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
+ Work in the safest possible manner while adhering to all safety guidelines.
+ Complete all work according to National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines.
+ Report to the Field Supervisor or Operations Manager for daily or weekly assignments.
+ Maintain a clean and prepared jobsite, eliminating all possible hazards.
+ Perform tasks involving the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment for retrofitting, replacing, and repairing lighting fixtures.
+ Ensure proper installation of lamps, ballasts, and other lighting components within various fixture types.
+ Match proper materials to work orders and stage materials for installation activities.
+ Assist with loading and unloading of trucks/vans and staging material.
+ Maintain all company property provided to perform the job.
+ Interact in a professional and respectful manner with coworkers and customers.
+ Participate in weekly safety meetings.
+ Complete all required safety training programs.
+ Assist in training new and current employees.
+ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with retrofit lighting installation.
+ 3+ years of related experience and/or training.
+ Leadership experience.
+ Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
+ Capability to work safely from ladders and various lifts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Mechanical ability is preferred.
+ Flexibility with work schedule to meet specific timing requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
