    Job Title: Mechanical Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician who can efficiently interpret blueprints and work orders, is proficient with various power tools, and is eager to learn new processes. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual with a strong focus on quality control and mechanical assembly.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret blueprints and work orders accurately.

    + Operate and maintain power tools including torque wrenches, grinders, welding equipment, drills, and saws.

    + Ensure finished products meet quality standards.

    + Read and follow Bills of Materials.

    + Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

    + Experience with power tools such as torque wrenches, grinders, welding equipment, drills, and saws.

    + Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with measuring tools.

    + Experience in automotive maintenance and electrical assembly.

    + Knowledge of quality control practices and manufacturing blueprints.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a large, clean, and well-lit manufacturing facility that is climate-controlled. Opportunities available across three shifts: 1st shift from 6am-2:30pm, 2nd shift from 2pm-10:30pm, and 3rd shift from 10pm-6:30am, with a $2 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00/yr.

     

    They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available.
