Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Device Assemblers. This is an entry-level position with comprehensive on-the-job training provided. While prior clean room experience is not required, experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, thrive in a structured environment, and are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and precision.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform routine production and assembly tasks in a clean room environment.
+ Handle and assemble components with strict adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols.
+ Accurately document work performed and maintain production records.
+ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance guidelines.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Clean Room Requirements
This position requires working in a clean room, a highly controlled environment designed to minimize contamination from dust, airborne microbes, and other particles. Clean rooms are essential in industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and aerospace.
Assemblers working in clean rooms must:
+ Wear specialized garments (e.g., gowns, gloves, masks, shoe covers) to prevent contamination.
+ Follow strict hygiene and contamination control procedures - i.e. no makeup, jewelry, nail polish, etc.
+ Work in a sterile, temperature- and humidity-controlled environment.
+ Understand and comply with clean room classifications and protocols.
Training will be provided to ensure full compliance with clean room standards and procedures.
Qualifications
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
+ Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to a structured, process-driven environment.
+ Ability to stand throughout 8-hour shifts
+ Ability to work with small parts and components
Shifts & Pay
+ 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:40 AM – 2:40 PM —$18.50/hour
+ 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:40 PM – 10:40 PM —$20/hour
+ 3rd Shift: Sun–Thu, 10:40 PM – 6:30 AM —$21.50/hour
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
