At Savage, we’re seeking a People Systems Manager (Dayforce) to oversee our HRIS function, lead a team of analysts, and shape the future of our people systems.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead technical configuration of pay policies, benefits, and HRIS functions

    + Develop reporting, analytics, and dashboards for leadership

    + Serve as liaison between HRIS and internal stakeholders

    + Support cross-functional teams with data and systems expertise

    + Conduct audits and ensure data integrity and compliance

    + Manage system upgrades, testing, and stakeholder training

    + Own the Dayforce relationship and case management

    + Maintain HRIS security and oversee data integrations

    + Recommend system improvements and manage documentation

    + Provide training and serve as the enterprise SME for HRIS

    + Lead and develop a team of analysts

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + 6+ years of HRIS administration experience

    + Experience in a multi-state, large-sized organization; international experience a plus

    + Strong analytical and reporting skills

    + Proven experience with data integrations and software implementations

    + Excellent project management and organizational skills

    + Ability to influence across all levels of the organization

    + High attention to confidentiality and data security (PII)

    + Expert-level Excel; strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

    + Experience with Dayforce preferred; SQL knowledge a plus
