Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Quality Control Inspectors to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-speed environment. Experience in a quality department is essential, and familiarity with reading drawings and using a tape measure is required. You will be responsible for completing pre and post checks to identify any issues before products are shipped. While experience in concrete or precast is preferred, we welcome applicants from other quality-intensive industries such as food and beverage, automotive, and pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

+ Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.

+ Use and read a tape measure accurately.

+ Conduct thorough pre and post quality inspections.

+ Identify and resolve quality issues before shipment.

+ Perform a third quality check if necessary.

+ Take product samples for quality verification.

+ Utilize a tablet to access drawings and orders.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in quality inspection and control.

+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and tape measure usage.

+ Strong visual inspection skills.

+ Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Work in a covered but outdoor, humid environment supported by industrial fans for comfort. Our facilities are designed to ensure safety and efficiency in quality inspection tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of The Villages, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
