Manufacturing Operator $20/HR to $25/HR START ASAP!!!

**Job Type:** Full-Time, Permanent

**Location:** Saint Paul, Minnesota

**Work Environment:** Cleanroom pharmaceutical manufacturing

**Pay Range:** $21.00 – $27.00/hour (based on experience)

•** **Available Shifts & Pay

**1st Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

**2nd Shift:** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri) — _+$1.60/hr shift differential_

**3rd Shift:** 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Mon–Thurs) - OR - 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM (Mon–Thurs) — _+$3.20/hr shift differential_

•** **What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality pharmaceutical products. You’ll operate and support specialized equipment, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate equipment for mixing, coating, slitting, converting, and packaging

+ Assist with line setup, roll changes, inspections, and cleaning

+ Maintain accurate records using Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

+ Follow cGMP standards and safety protocols

+ Support continuous improvement and 6S initiatives

+ Foster a respectful, team-oriented workplace

•** **What You Bring

_Required:_

+ High School diploma or GED

+ 1–3 years of experience in a cGMP production environment

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

+ Technical aptitude with commercial equipment

_Preferred:_

+ Technical or associate degree

+ Experience with Delta Mod Tech, Webtron, or Allied presses

+ Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $56160.00/yr.
