    Job Title: Assembler - Level 1

    Job Description

    As an assembler, you will utilize hand and power tools to manufacture HVAC units. This role requires a team-oriented attitude and a willingness to collaborate effectively.

    Responsibilities

    + Use hand and power tools to assemble units

    + Work collaboratively with team members in a production setting.

    + Adhere to quality standards by measuring and inspecting products.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient use of tape measure and hand tools.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    + Blueprint experience

    + Experience in production, assembly, or machine operation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Willingness to learn and be trained.

    + Consistent attendance and reliability.

    Work Environment

     

    Enjoy a low-stress, relaxed atmosphere with supportive ownership and minimal micro-management. Join a team of 40-50 employees. Dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and close-toed shoes. Work hours are Monday to Friday 5am-3pm, with weekends off.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holmen, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
