• Crisis Clinical Manager

    We are looking for a Crisis Clinical Manager to join our leadership team in Mesa, Arizona.     Responsibilities:

    + Provide clinical oversight and leadership to crisis response team

    + Collaborate with community partners, hospitals, and emergency services

    + Ensure documentation, treatment plans, and interventions align with best practices

    Qualifications:

    + Current Arizona independent license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT,)

    + 3+ years of behavioral health experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

    + Experience in crisis stabilization, emergency services, or behavioral health care

    + Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

    **Pay Details:** $72,000.00 to $81,000.00 per year
