Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Paralegal. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in real estate and corporate transactions who are eager to contribute to equity closings, entity formations, and document preparation. The position requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, offering flexibility while engaging in meaningful legal work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with equity transactions, ensuring all parties are properly represented during closings.

• Facilitate the formation of new legal entities, including preparation of necessary documentation.

• Conduct thorough review and analysis of title surveys to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Draft initial legal documents, such as signature and compilation pages, with precision and attention to detail.

• Manage case files throughout the closing process, maintaining organization and accessibility.

• Utilize case management software to track litigation progress and document updates.

• Prepare closing documents and ensure all entries are finalized accurately.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of real estate investments and transactions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in case management software and document tracking systems.

• Expertise in real estate transactions, including title survey reviews and corporate real estate matters.

• Familiarity with commercial real estate investment processes and closing procedures.

• Strong knowledge of drafting and managing legal documents, including closing entries.

• Ability to manage multiple case files simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills to interact effectively with teams and clients.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
