Overview
As a **Senior Change Manager** , you willbe responsible forguiding government clients through our Design Intelligence™framework;incorporating human-centeredand design thinkingmethods tofocus on the peopleimpactedby transformation and change engaging them to embrace and adapt to new ways of working while identifying and mitigating areas of resistance.
Contributions
Responsibilities** **:
+ Participatein all aspects of discovery tounderstand:client missionandgoals;stakeholders,usersand their ecosystems; current state journeys; user segments; program, project, and transformationobjectives
+ Conduct workshops and interviews toframe pain pointsandopportunities; define problem statements anddeterminechange readinessand areas ofresistance
+ Synthesizeresearchanddataand craft compelling storiesand presentationsto communicate insightsand recommendationsthat will shapetransformation andchange enablement
+ Develop and deploy communication plans, pilot plans, and training plansin partnership with key stakeholders and their customers
+ Developand deploychange management plans that articulate actionable recommendations for organizational and workflow improvement
+ Develop, deploy, and measure key performance indicatorsfortransformation andadoption
+ Collaborate and communicate stakeholder and user needs on a cross functional team within an agile environment
+ Understand and embrace the specifications and constraints of a given technology, platform and/or operational environmentand understand howchange managementshould be integrated into technological considerations
+ Ensureall deliverables across a variety of projectsare produced at the highest quality
Qualifications
Qualifications
+ Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
+ Master's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience; OR
+ Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience; OR
+ No degree and 9 years of relevant experience
+ Possesses at least one professional certification relevant to the technical service provided. Maintain a certification relevant to the product being deployed and/or maintained.
+ Strong facilitation/training experience **(7+ years)**
+ Experience with CRM implementations (Salesforce strongly preferred)
+ Demonstrated experience in current state assessments,future state visioningand communication planning
+ Demonstrated experienceconductinguserand stakeholder interviews and synthesizing data and insights into personas, action, and training plans
+ A natural curiosity for solving problems coupled with strong analytical skills
+ A collaborative nature with excellent written communication and presentation skills
+ Experience workingin aproject-based environment
+ Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
+ Local to either the DC, Maryland or Virginia area.
Bonus Points
+ Previouswork experience in or with the federal government
+ Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci)
+ Experience inHuman-Centered Design / Customer Experience Design
+ Experience working on multi-disciplinary, cross-functionalteams including Service Designers, UX and UI designers, technologists, data scientists, engineers, and solution architects
+ Experience working within an Agiledeliveryframeworkincluding writing user stories and story pointing

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000 to $150,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
