    Job Description

    We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator to support and manage key HR functions, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in ADP Workforce Now, knowledgeable in California labor law, and capable of collaborating across departments, including with our Mexico facility. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and supporting compliance initiatives.

    + Process timely and accurate payroll using ADP Workforce Now.

    + Manage employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment.

    + Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes in line with company policies.

    + Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in both English and Spanish.

    + Maintain HR documents, policies, forms, and the employee handbook.

    + Serve as the site’s safety coordinator, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and reporting.

    + Support HR-related communications and initiatives for our Mexico facility.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 2 years of HR experience, including payroll and benefits administration.

    + Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

    + Strong knowledge of California labor law.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

    + Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
