Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience.

+ 7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.

+ 4 years of experience leading Storage product (SSDs, HDDs) supplier commodity management in the data center industry.

+ Experience in High Bandwidth Memory category or commodity management, agreement negotiation and supplier development.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Master's degree in a technical or engineering field or MBA.

+ Experience with data center commodities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

+ Lead cross-functional teams to drive standard high-bandwidth memory and server memory technologies at memory suppliers.

+ Maintain a level of industry and technology expertise as well as supplier and market conditions.

+ Understand semiconductor structures and be conversant with developing models and develop and execute sourcing and pricing strategies for high-bandwidth and server memory.

+ Manage supplier relationships and performance in technology alignment, cost, quality, and delivery, negotiate agreements, and implement supply chain improvements.
