• Client Service Representative

    VCA Animal Hospitals (Colorado Springs, CO)


    VCA Dublin is looking for a friendly and organized Client Service Representative to join our animal care team. In this role, you check in our animal patients, update their records and owner information, schedule appointments, process payments, and encourage retail sales of food, toys, and other items available in our clinic. Candidates pursuing a career in veterinary medicine or who hold their veterinary technician certification are preferred. Excellent customer service and computer skills are required. This position is full-time (30+ hours a week). Pay will be dependent on experience, $15.50 hour and upwards.

    Client Service Representative and Responsibilities

    + Check-in animal patients

    + Gather and certify pet and owner information

    + Maintain records

    + Schedule appointments

    + Process payments

    + Prepare prescriptions and explain instructions

    Client Service Representative and Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Veterinary technician certification or license preferred

    + Customer service skills

    + Basic math skills and computer literacy

    + Comfortable working with animals
