Crouse’s Communications team is hiring a Full Time Social Media Coordinator.
Pay Range: $58,000.00-$60,000.00/annual
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Social Media Coordinator Position Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
+ Create, edit, and publish daily content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to specific social media platforms.
+ Plan and execute social media campaigns, including contests and giveaways, to increase engagement and reach.
+ Monitor social media metrics, such as engagement rates and follower growth, to evaluate the success of strategies and provide regular reports to leadership.
+ Research and identify new trends, platforms, and communication methods to enhance social media efforts.
+ Develop long-term strategies and set measurable goals.
+ Conduct interviews, draft articles and take photos for internal and external communication pieces.
+ Draft and send news releases.
+ Assist with special events within and outside the hospital; coordinating with Employee Engagement, Community Engagement, etc. as needed
+ Assist with content on the Crouse Insider (intranet) and crouse.org
+ Assist with preparation of and participation in employee activity events
+ Assist with mailings and the distribution of communications pieces
+ Update media list and collect news clips
+ Assumes other duties as assigned by leadership .
Social Media Coordinator Position Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years in broad-based marketing, communications and/or PR role.
+ Previous experience in website content management system use, social media use, tracking and data analysis.
+ Excellent written, verbal communications and computer skills
+ professional demeanor; organized; ability to work independently on assignments and juggle multiple projects
+ 40 hours/week; some evening and weekends may be required for special events/community activities.
+ Experience with WordPress, Canva, Constant Contact and other platforms a plus.
