    Job Overview

     

    Ebenezer is looking for a **Float Maintenance Technician** position to join our team! This position will be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager or Corporate Director of Maintenance for HOA's for the overall maintenance of the building.

    This maintenance schedule includes;

    + On call/Casual

    + Day shift

    + No weekends!

    Responsibilities:

    + Performs routine maintenance duties

    + Performs general repairs

    + Performs other duties as assigned and directed

    + On-Call for Maintenance emergencies

    Required Qualifications:

    + One to three years of previous experience

    + Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    + Flexibility to work in multiple HOA properties

    + Drivers License Current Driver’s License (in good standing)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Associate of Applied Science Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related

    + Three to five years of previous experience
