Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for compassionate and dedicated School Aides to support students with academic and behavioral needs in a school setting. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, this is your chance to make a meaningful difference— every single day .

+ Provide 1:1 or classroom support for students with learning and behavioral goals

+ Assist with reading, math, speech, life skills , and social games

+ Support students during lunch, recess, and community outings

+ Help with self-care routines (toileting, hygiene, dressing)

+ Collaborate with teachers, therapists (PT, OT, SLP), and behavior staff

+ Implement behavior management strategies

+ Assist with clerical tasks like copying, organizing, and scoring assignments

+ Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

? What You’ll Need

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Willingness to learn and support students with diverse needs

+ Computer proficiency preferred

+ Ability to pass background screening and meet all requirements

+ English fluency (verbal and written)

+ Certification as required by state or client (if applicable)
