    As a GPM, you will be aligning with regional partners—including EU, APAC, and LATAM—to plan and execute global training programs. You’ll ensure operational excellence, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement, all while coordinating diverse teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

    In this role, you will:

    + Lead programs that impact processes across multiple functions and global regions, ensuring alignment and adoption.

    + Manage the implementation of new, developed, or mature programs, coordinating across regions to standardize processes and ensure scalable delivery.

    + Support launch field training planning for new and existing products, both in the US and globally, ensuring all operational and logistical elements are in place.

    + Oversee global program performance, including objectives, milestones, timelines, and budgets.

    + Make program decisions independently while consulting senior leadership for strategic or high-impact matters.

    + Address complex program challenges affecting multiple regions and functions, proposing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.

    + Support teams in setting up programs and initiatives by providing resources, guidance, and tactical direction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Global Implementation & Standardization

    + Define, document, and standardize implementation processes for new and existing training programs globally.

    + Align global teams across regions on program delivery processes to ensure consistency and scalability.

    + Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve adoption across global regions.

    Project Management & Logistics

    + Lead execution of training programs across global regions, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.

    + Maintain and update project plans, calendars, and dashboards to track progress.

    + Monitor program status and budgets; assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction goals.

    + Coordinate global cross-functional meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to keep programs on track.

    Communication & Collaboration

    + Serve as the central liaison between global stakeholders, influencing adoption of program initiatives and processes across regions.

    + Draft and distribute program updates, newsletters, and status reports.

    + Standardize communication templates for agendas, minutes, and training updates.

    Data Management & Documentation

    + Prepare and maintain dashboards and metrics to track attendance, engagement, and certification.

    + Maintain program playbooks and reference materials to ensure operational consistency.

    + Identify opportunities to enhance program management processes across global regions.

    Content & Training Support

    + Manage version control of training assets, including slides, e-learnings, and playbooks.

    + Ensure translations and region-specific customizations are completed on schedule.

    + Assist with formatting and packaging training materials for global distribution.

    Operational & Event Support

    + Support logistics for global in-person training programs.

    + Guide teams in outlining registration, confirmation, and resource coordination processes, providing necessary resources and direction.

    Continuous Improvement

    + Collect and consolidate feedback from learners and facilitators to inform program improvements.

    + Flag risks or bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.

    + Recommend new policies and standardized processes to enhance program effectiveness across global regions.

    Must Have:** **Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in cross-functional projects and teams in a global environment., or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-functional projects and teams in a global environment.

    Nice to Have:** **Preferred Qualifications

    + Advanced degree in a related field.

    + Experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

    + Prior experience supporting global training programs or learning initiatives.

    + Experience with multi-region coordination and cultural awareness.

    + Strong organizational, project tracking, and time management skills.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and collaborative platforms.

    Additional Requirements

    + Ability to travel up to 25%.

    + Valid driver’s license if local travel is required.

    + Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.

    Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$110,400.00 - $165,600.00

     

    This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

     

    The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

     

    The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

     

    The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

     

    Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns. Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
