ABOUT YOU
As a Deputy Chief Information Officer, you are a strategic and adaptable leader who excels at aligning technology and governance frameworks with business objectives to ensure both innovation and compliance. With a keen awareness of emerging trends and a strong commitment to operational excellence, you establish and uphold policies that safeguard data integrity, security, and regulatory adherence. You lead teams with clear direction, fostering talent development and a culture of continuous improvement. Your strength lies in navigating complexity, building strong relationships, and translating insight into decisive action that drives sustainable value and organizational success.
What you will do:
+ Drive the development and execution of IT strategies that align with business objectives, while advising leadership on emerging technologies to support digital transformation.
+ Manage daily IT operations to maintain system performance, security, and consistent service delivery through robust policies and procedures.
+ Oversee IT projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, mitigate risks, and involve seamless collaboration across teams.
+ Foster high-performing teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance IT performance and outcomes.
WHAT YOU OFFER
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree and relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are preferred.
+ Bring over 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in leadership, with strong skills in strategic thinking, project management, communication, and risk management.
+ Demonstrate expertise in IT infrastructure, security, policy development, regulatory compliance, vendor negotiations, and budget planning.
+ Possess the ability to communicate complex technical and security concepts clearly to diverse audiences and build a skilled, diverse workforce.
