The Compass Call program is at the forefront of transforming electronic warfare for military aircraft and is seeking a Section Lead to join our Software Engineering organization. In this growth position you ll have the unique opportunity to build on your technical foundation while stepping into leadership enhancing your skills as both an engineer and a leader in one of the most strategic programs in the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) portfolio.

What You Will Do

+ Lead a small team of software engineers while gaining experience in mentoring, career development, and performance discussions.

+ Conduct regular team and one-on-one meetings to foster collaboration, communication, and growth.

+ Participate in recruiting and onboarding efforts to support the growth of a high-performing team.

+ Contribute your technical expertise is software design, implementation, and sustainment of mission-critical systems.

+ Collaborate with functional managers and program leads to ensure program success.

This role offers the chance to develop your leadership toolkit while continuing to work hands-on with advanced technologies that shape the future of electronic warfare.

_Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role/program, the expectation is that this job will be performed fully on site in Hudson, NH._

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

+ Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field

+ 6 years of software engineering experience with some exposure to leadership activities such as mentoring, team coordination, or project ownership

+ Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate effectively

+ Deep knowledge in one or more of the following languages C , C, C#, Java

+ Hands-on experience with version control and collaboration tools (Git, Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)

+ Experience with software and systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Hold a current Secret security clearance

+ Embedded software design and implementation

+ Experience with electronic warfare, radar, or communication systems

+ Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies

+ Working knowledge of Atlassian Suite

+ Cost Account Management/Earned Value Management in a DoD environment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
