    Responsibilities

    What You'll Do:

    + + The ERP Technical Services Systems Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the organization’s ERP platforms operate in alignment with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and industry best practices. This role focuses on access governance, segregation of duties, audit readiness, and risk mitigation across key business processes supported by the ERP system. The specialist partners closely with IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Audit teams to design, monitor, and enforce compliance controls, while also supporting ongoing system upgrades and transformation initiatives. By maintaining a strong compliance framework, the ERP Systems Compliance Specialist helps safeguard critical business operations and enables the organization to meet both operational and regulatory obligations. This position will report to the ITSS Director, Digital Core Applications, Technical Management Services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + + ERP Technical Services Systems Compliance:

    + Serves as the compliance lead for ERP Technical Services, ensuring alignment with SOX regulations.

    + Drive security governance, audit readiness, and resolution of segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts.

    + Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Basis, Security, Functional, Audit) on ERP initiatives.

    + Administer and monitor ERP system compliance controls, including access provisioning, segregation of duties (SoD), and role design.

    + Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, evidence, and compliance reporting.

    + Partner with ERP functional and technical teams to implement compliance requirements into system design and configuration.

    + Maintain policies, procedures, and work instructions for ERP compliance and controls.

    + Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.

    + Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and investigations.

    + Provide support to compliance and auditors, including significant research, data mining/reports, and resolution of business systems questions as required.

    + Training, Documentation & Collaboration:

    + Ensure ERP aligns with enterprise risk frameworks.

    + Identify, track, and remediate compliance risks or control gaps.

    + Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on ERP compliance requirements.

    + Stay current on regulations (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and ensure ERP compliance with applicable laws.

    + Conduct training and awareness sessions on with the ITSS TMS Team on security risks and role-based access management for end.

    + Participate in SAP security enhancement projects, ensuring compliance is adhered.

    + Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

    + Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in technology, processes, and procedures.

    + Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where innovation, as well as continuous learning and improvements, are encouraged.

    + Other Duties:

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + + Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience; At least (3) years' years of experience in technical compliance, audit, or risk management; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Experience:

    + 3+ years of ERP Experience desired at a publicly traded company.

    + Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant compliance frameworks.

    + Previous government/DoD experience preferred.

    + Background in IT general Controls (ITGCs) and applications controls.

    + Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management functions.

    + Strong understanding of access controls, role design, and SoD principles.

    + Skills:

    + Knowledge of IT compliance, audit, and control frameworks.

    + Ability to prioritize and able to work as a remote team member and adjust time per different time zones.

    + Experience in defining, developing, and implementing 'operational aspects' of projects and programs - governance, tracking, and reporting.

    + Ability to understand and navigate complex maps of program stakeholders and organizational structure, Escalation Management.

    + Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

    + Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex IT systems and processes, identify documentation needs, and propose effective solutions.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization.

    + Analyze the operational environment to identify trends and patterns that require problem investigation by using incident data.

    + Must be strong in following up with the team members, other teams, and 3rd party support vendors.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and under tight deadlines.

    + Other Requirement:

    + United States citizenship required.

    + Software:

    + ERP GRC tool (e.g., SAP GRC Access Control).

    + Documentation software

    + MS Office Suite

    + Version control systems (e.g., Git)

    + Diagraming tools (e.g., MS Visio)

    + Technology:

    + Computer, communication tools, storage solutions, documentation templates, printers, and reference/training materials.

    + The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

    + The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

    + USD $75,000-$120,000

    + Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
