    Finance & Accounting Business Analyst | Irving, TX

    **Salary:** $70,824 -$86,091 based on experience

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

    **Work Style:** Hybrid – 2 days remote, 3 days onsite

    **Travel:** Up to 90% (when not traveling, remote work on Monday and Friday)

    PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly skilled **Finance & Accounting Business Analyst** to join the team in Irving, TX. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between business and technology, optimizing financial processes and ensuring the delivery of effective ERP/MES solutions that directly support enterprise-wide success.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Facilitate discussions across divisions and stakeholders to define and align finance-related business processes.

    + Conduct gap analyses and document detailed business requirements, including process flows, business rules, data analysis, and system integrations.

    + Partner with IT and subject matter experts to design solutions, assess value, and recommend improvements.

    + Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts for functional, regression, and negative testing.

    + Create documentation and deliver training for internal and external stakeholders.

    + Support project-related travel needs, up to 90% of the time.

    + Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards in all processes.

    Required Qualifications

    + 3–4 years of experience in accounting or a finance-related role (public or corporate accounting preferred).

    + Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards.

    + Strong business analysis skills with proven ability to document and optimize processes.

    + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + MBA, CPA, or CMA.

    + Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

    + Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS and/or PSI.

    + Willingness to relocate to the Dallas, TX area.
