**Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance Field Technician – Commercial HVAC

**Location:** Mobile, AL

**Pay Rate:** $30/hr

**Type:** Temp-to-Perm

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician with a Universal EPA Refrigerant License to join our team in Montgomery. This role offers competitive pay, stability, and the chance to work across multiple facilities while keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll focus on HVAC systems while also handling light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems

• Travel between facilities to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and component replacements on HVAC equipment

• Record readings, adjust systems, and keep equipment at peak performance

• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and contractor work quality

• Store and handle hazardous materials safely while maintaining clean, organized work areas

• Follow all safety policies and recognize and eliminate hazards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 5–7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems

• Universal EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Valid driver’s license

**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
