**Schedule:** Full Time Monday-Friday 9a-5p

**Location:** 908 N Elm Street, Hinsdale, IL

The role you'll contribute:

Supervises the daily activities of clerical and medical support staff within an assigned area.

The value you'll bring to the team:

+ Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.

+ Completes performance evaluations and handles disciplinary actions.

+ Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient delivery.

+ Participates in direct delivery of care depending on patient census.

+ Ensures compliance with clinical guidelines and protocols.

+ Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of patient care practices.

+ Collaborates with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

+ Maintains accurate documentation of patient care activities.

+ Implements process improvements to enhance patient care quality and efficiency.

+ Facilitates communication and collaboration among team members.

+ Coordinates daily staffing assignments and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.

+ Supports continuous performance and quality improvement initiatives.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

+ High School Grad or Equiv Required

+ One or more years of Work Experience Required

+ Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) Required
