Penn Medicine Cherry Hill is seeking an Outpatient Phlebotomy Supervisor. The Phlebotomy Supervisor's primary responsibilities are to supervise the daily technical and administrative functions of their individual phlebotomy sections.
Summary:
+ The Outpatient Phlebotomy Supervisor will ensure compliance with institutional and laboratory policies and procedures; evaluate and recommend technical methods based on clinical and financial parameters; ensure that written and approved technical procedures and documentation are maintained for each determination performed; supervise personnel, and all fiscal affairs.

+ MA or PHLEBTECH (Required)
Education or Equivalent Experience:
+ H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
+ 5+ years Prior experience as a Phlebotomy Lead including knowledge of clinical phlebotomy and Lab Management is required.Prefer prior experience managing high volume phlebotomy service while meeting superior customer expectations.Knowledge of, and ability to manage, the general hazards encountered when working with potentially infectious materials, hazardous chemicals, radioisotopes, and laboratory equipment.
+ Bachelor of Arts or Science
+ Healthcare or Laboratory Sciences2+ years experience

Salary Range:
$56,742.40 - $94,598.40/Annually based on 40 hours per week
