    • Responsible for reviewing and maintaining the Laminator Visual Management Board.

    • Ensuring that orders are batched and processed in a timely manner to attain a 98% or better On Time to promised date.

    • Maintain a “Pull System” atmosphere to facility a 98% or better “On Time” delivery to promised date.

    • Responsible for working with the Converting and Materials Manager to maintain Kanban and pull systems for WIP and FG.

    • Batch orders by using experience and knowledge to reduce NVA setup times and scrap.

    • Position will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining raw material stocking levels.

    • Work with R&D, Quality and Engineering to develop and document process capabilities.

    • Assist the accounting department on inventory adjustments/corrections and be available for month end and year end closings.

    • This may require working on year-end holidays.

    • Serve as an active participant in LSS programs that promote continuous improvement

    • Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules

    Qualifications/ Experience:

    • High School or equivalent Degree and experience in inventory control or related field would be a plus.

    • Basic math skills.

    • Strong computer skills.

    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel.)

    • Good working knowledge of the Oracle system preferred.
