    Holy Family Early Childhood in Dubuque, Iowa is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Director to lead our St. Joseph the Worker program. The ideal candidate must possess a profound knowledge of early childhood education, a strong commitment to supporting the development of the whole child, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of dedicated educators.

     

    The Early Childhood Director will be responsible for the overall management of the center, the creation of a top-notch program, and building positive professional relationships with parents, children, colleagues, and the community. By becoming a member of the Holy Family team, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside other supportive Early Childhood Directors.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Other degrees will be considered.

    + National Administrator Credential recommended.

    + Previous experience as an Early Childhood Director or Assistant Director preferred.

    + Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.

    + CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

    + Ability to pass a background check.
