Responsibilities

+ Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the cardiac services team.

+ Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

+ Monitor quality and performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Foster a collaborative and professional environment that promotes staff engagement and development.

+ Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and service efficiency.

Qualifications

Education:

+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Must obtain BSN within 3 years of starting role) or Graduate of an accredited radiologic science program that is recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists

Certification/License:

+ Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa or ARRT / permit to practice licensure in the State of Iowa or compact state

+ Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 3 months from date of hire

+ Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or within 1 year from date of hire
