About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced **Safety, Health and Environmental Specialist** to lead safety and environmental compliance initiatives. This role ensures adherence to OSHA regulations, supports training, and promotes a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain safety programs (HazCom, LOTO, PPE, etc.)

+ Conduct safety inspections and investigations

+ Manage OSHA logs and training compliance

+ Oversee waste and environmental permit compliance

+ Lead safety meetings and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification (CSP/CIH)

+ 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or related field

+ Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices

+ Strong communication and root cause analysis skills

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) and OSHA 30 a plus
