    Express Employment is seeking candidates for a Wedding Consultant (Formal Wear Specialist) position in Dubuque, Iowa.

     

    We’re assisting a locally owned formal wear company in hiring a personable, detail-oriented **Wedding Consultant** to help customers prepare for weddings and other special events. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and making life’s big moments unforgettable.

     

    **Pay:** Based on experience

    **Schedule:** 30–35 hours/week

    + Weekdays: ~10:30 am–7:00 pm

    + Saturday: 9:00 am–3:00 pm

    + Sunday: 9:00 am–11:00 am _(Must be available at least two weekends per month)_

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Work one-on-one with brides, grooms, and wedding parties to select and fit formal wear

    + Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice

    + Place and track customer orders with accuracy

    + Maintain detailed and organized records

    + Learn and assist with basic alterations and sewing (training provided)

    + Support a fast-paced retail and fitting environment

    Qualifications:

    + Passion for customer service and creating positive experiences

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented setting

    + Willingness to learn new skills, including sewing

    + Weekend availability as required
