_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $38 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

+ Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure project accuracy and quality

+ Will be framing walls, drops, openings, pick up work

+ Must be fully tooled

+ Perform precision carpentry and finishing work to meet luxury custom home standards, including fine cabinetry, millwork, and trim installation

+ Collaborate with site supervisors, designers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and design intent

+ Select and work with premium materials, ensuring all craftsmanship meets or exceeds client and company expectations

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

+ Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues on-site while minimizing delays

+ Uphold excellent communication with the project manager and client representatives regarding progress and any potential changes

+ Follow local building codes, permit requirements, and best practices for high-end residential construction in Santa Barbara County

Qualifications:

+ Reliable transportation

+ Must have tools of the trade - hand and power tools

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

+ Position may require a drug screen
