Product Sign Off Analyst
We are seeking a highly respected and recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team as a Product Signoff Analyst. This role serves as the single point of contact for cross-functional teams, responsible for establishing and managing the status of Ford Racing programs. What you’ll do...
+ **Program Verification & Signoff:**
+ Lead Product Signoff and Engineering teams in program analytical and physical verifications.
+ Deliver signoff declarations on time and with integrity for all GPDS gateways/milestones: UNVX, TDJ, UPVX, TDC, FDJ, PEC, and FEC.
+ **Critical Tool & Database Management:**
+ Manage and maintain critical tools/databases essential for Product Signoff activities across multiple programs.
+ Oversee FEDEDVP for each program, including setup, requirement classification, DV requests, and finish dates.
+ Compile data from FEDEDVP to support Chief Declaration approvals.
+ Develop and manage the Signoff Issues list based on FEDEDVP assessments, including test/attribute assessments, Drive Evaluation Results, and Conformance Plans (DRPs).
+ Update program key health status in Global Integrator and Scorecards.
+ Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and socialize them with engineering teams; interface with Vehicle Safety and Attributes (VSA) and Global Standards.
+ **Meeting Leadership & Reporting:**
+ Establish and lead weekly Signoff Issue Review meetings with Program and Functional Engineers.
+ Track and lead milestone progression, ensuring DVP gateway deliverables and thresholds are met.
+ Help cross-functional teams identify roadblocks and drive issue resolution.
+ Report weekly Sign-off status in Program Status Team (PST) meetings.
+ Conduct Integrator Assessments at Signoff Milestones.
+ Compile program status data and prepare presentations for Senior Management reviews (EMMs/SARs/BPR).
+ **Process Discipline & Compliance:**
+ Ensure that valid Program conformance plans are on-track, complete, and signed off.
+ Follow all FEC contained issues and FEC Exception items to completion status.
+ Prepare official program signoff supporting documentation as per Ford Approval Process (FAP) guidelines.
+ Develop FAF documentation and Addendums.
+ Obtain Chief Declaration Letter approvals.
+ Manage deviations for any requirements not met.
+ Collaborate with the VSA Project Manager to deliver Compliance Demonstration Reports.
What You’ll have...

+ **Subject Matter Expertise:**
+ Proven Subject Matter Expertise in FEDEDVP and Deviations.
+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience with FEDE tools, preferably with a program/engineering analyst background.
+ Ability to manage a high workload and proactively support multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Exceptional attention to DV and Deviation details for specific Programs, with the ability to recognize and resolve data inconsistencies and troubleshoot reporting metrics.
+ **Communication & Organization:**
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication, organization, process discipline, and computer skills.
+ Comfortable presenting to and working with cross-functional teams from engineer to director levels.
+ Ability to conduct FEDE training for newer analysts, as well as Engineering and Design & Release Functions.
+ Advanced utilization of Microsoft Products, including Excel and PowerPoint. Macro writing skills are a plus.
+ **Collaboration & Leadership:**
+ Outstanding collaboration and people skills.
+ Ability to interface directly with Program and Functional teams to accurately establish program deliverables.
+ Aptitude for analyzing Program status, using facts to drive decisions, resolving issues, and delivering results.
+ Demonstrated leadership and competence with the GPDS Sign-off process to internal and external Engineering Sign-off teams.
+ Ability to guide, train, and mentor cross-functional colleagues to improve technical competency.
+ **Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a technical, science, or business-related field.
+ 5-8 years of automotive product development experience.
+ Working knowledge of GPDS process and key systems/tools: FEDEDVP, WERS, FEDEBOM, Teamcenter, 3DX, E2KS, Optex.
+ **Personal Attributes:**
+ High degree of self-motivation and willingness to commit extra effort to get the job done.
+ Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic product verification and validation environment.
+ Experience leading teams through the product development process and driving cross-functional issue resolution.

This position is salary grades 6-8.
