Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a** **Production Operator** **:

+ Operate and monitor machinery used to blend raw materials into finished product

+ Oversee drying, cutting, and packaging lines to maintain consistent output and quality

+ Prepare finished goods for distribution by loading products onto pallets and staging shipments

+ Conduct basic quality checks, including identifying defects, verifying labeling, and ensuring packaging meets standards

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

+ Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred but not required

+ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

+ Background check and drug screening required
