Job Summary
Reporting to the Plant Finance Lead, you will perform moderately complex analysis for assigned financial area. Present recommendations to management. Identify and investigate issues related to assigned projects. May perform business partnering, analytics, business plan, monthly forecasting, Metrics & Scorecard, and/or Period close. Minimum 3 years related experience.
Position Responsibilities
+ Be a partner for specified function on accounting and finance related questions at the plant. This will involve the ability to assess needs, resolve risks and opportunities on time
+ Participate in the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan (AOP) and strategic plan for assigned component of the P&L and related balance sheet accounts.
+ Update the monthly forecast for assigned department based on business changes. Communicate changes to partners by providing specific, applicable and forward-looking commentary on the changes and guidance on potential risk.
+ Participate in month-end/quarter-end close activities to ensure completion of assigned tasks and journal entries, including identification and resolution of unusual items and issues.
+ Provide comprehensive financial analysis and models for requests depending on the assigned department (product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, pricing, etc.).
+ Manage project work that will rotate and cut across several different financial disciplines including, FP&A, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in-market investments.
+ Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards and reports
+ Provide FP&A support as needed
+ Participate in finance and plant wide-projects, projects will vary depending on needs.
+ Finance support for cost savings analysis, capital investments, allocation, tracking and reporting.
+ Analyze product costs, process order and cost of goods sold variances.
+ Labor and overhead reviews.
+ Active involvement and participation in plant continuous improvement and CPS activities.
Position Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
+ 3+ years of professional accounting or financial experience; 1–2 years of cost accounting experience.
+ Experience in P&L management, along with knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts.
+ Experience working across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge.
+ Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
+ Experience with SAP or other software tools.
+ Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of general business concepts. Interactions with operations and plant teams on a daily basis.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000
_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
