Join our fast-paced Software Engineering organization that is using leading edge technologies and design practices to accelerate Corteva Agriscience Research & Development (R&D). As a **Business Analyst Intern** you must be passionate and curious about technology and the desire to exceed. You will have a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and expand your knowledge of software solutions. You will have a strong drive for excellence, excel in using creative approaches to solving complex problems, and possess an innovative mindset.

    What You'll Do:

    + Work collaboratively and independently on agile software teams to create innovative software systems

    + Communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner

    + Drive user centered design process. Create wireframes, interview users, create process flow maps, and develop personas

    + Document user stories and acceptance criteria in a Scrum/Agile environment using Microsoft ADO, JIRA or Confluence

    + Understand relational databases to extract, summarize, and report data

    What You'll Bring:

    + Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or AA certification in computer science, information technology, ag science, business analyst emphasis or related field

    + Ability to be comfortable with the unknown, ask questions, be inquisitive

    + Ability to dive in, position yourself for success by building relationships, learning quickly, and trying new things

    + Possess excellent requirements gathering and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

    + A confident speaker; able to articulate messages well in small to medium size groups

    + Ability to handle conflicts and approach negotiations in a diplomatic but confident manner

    + Experience prioritizing and breaking down complex requests into small chunk

    + Knowledge of plant breeding/ag industry encouraged
