Make a Lasting Impact as a Special Needs Caregiver

BAYADA Home Care is currently seeking a **Direct Support Professional** who enjoys working 1:1 in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with autism, intellectual, or developmental disabilities.

***Relatable Experience:** Caring for a family member, Special Needs Caregiver, Habilitation Technician, Personal Care Aide, Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Nurse’s Aide, Caregiver.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

+ Accompany clients on errands and appointments

+ Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities

+ Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation

+ Participate in community integration activities

+ Provide personal care assistance as needed

Compensation & Schedule:

+ Weekly Pay

Qualifications:

+ One year experience working with clients with intellectual and development disabilities preferred but not required (paid training provided)

+ Desire to train

+ High school diploma or equivalent
