Overview

Key Job Responsibilities:

+ Receive first line requests via phone, email, Jira tickets, teams, etc.

+ Troubleshoot, educate, and resolves issues.

+ Process submissions and updates to systems.

+ Review anomaly reports and resolve issues.

+ Update back-end profiles on systems.

+ May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.

+ Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.

+ Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.

+ Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2.

+ Other duties assigned.

What we’re looking for

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Solid understanding of business process

+ Solid understanding of system

+ Demonstrated admin capabilities

+ Ability to read, comprehend and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

+ Ability to write correspondence such as individual and small group emails

+ Mathematical skills

+ Ability to apply understanding to carry out written or oral instructions

+ Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

+ Standard Microsoft Office skills

Required Education & Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in related field; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Requirements:

+ Long periods of sitting

+ Telephone and computer work
