Job Summary and Qualifications

+ You will be responsible for maintaining the hospital’s Ethics and Compliance program for multiple hospitals within the division under the direction of the Division Ethics and Compliance Officer as aligned and/or delegated by Corporate Ethics and Compliance Program.

+ You will prepare the documents needed for the Facility Ethics and Compliance Committee.

+ You will conduct Ethics and Compliance investigations.

+ You will conduct training sessions as appropriate and becomes involved in committees which support the hospital’s program.

+ You will conduct regular reviews and audits of hospital processes and practices to ensure compliance with overall program.

+ You will maintain a proactive approach to the hospital’s Ethics and Compliance program, making suggestions for improvement of processes and/or training while working collaboratively and in partnership with the hospital’s Senior Leadership Team.

What qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

+ Bachelor’s degree required.

+ Master’s degree preferred.

+ Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience required.

+ Minimum of three (3) years of Ethics and Compliance related experience preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

+ Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) required. Must obtain within 24 months of employment.
