    Our client, a leading organization in the finance sector, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting procurement operations and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Purchasing Specialist

    Pay Range:

    **Shift:** 9AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Facilitate the purchase of goods and services for organizational needs

    + Review and approve requisitions, purchase orders, and change orders ensuring accuracy and proper documentation

    + Collaborate with internal teams to determine procurement requirements and develop strategies

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and relevant regulations in all procurement activities

    + Monitor supplier performance and manage open purchase order commitments to ensure timely delivery

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain

    + Proficiency with procurement software and tools, preferably Workday

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
