    Our client, a leading organization in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Complaint Management Specialist to join their team. As a Complaint Management Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting complaint investigations and customer response processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Complaint Management Specialist

    **Pay Range:** $22.00 to $24.00 per hour on W2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Handle and triage incoming customer complaints from internal and external sources

    + Gather necessary information for complaint investigations and determine reportability

    + Write technical investigation response letters to customers

    + Coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams

    + Participate in continuous improvement activities such as CAPA and product improvement projects

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as English, Writing, or Paralegal studies

    + 2-5 years of relevant experience in a regulated industry, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals

    + Strong understanding of FDA Quality System regulations and Medical Device Reporting (21 CFR 803, 806, 820, 211)

    + Excellent technical writing skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

    + Proficiency with computer systems including Word, PDF, and complaint management tools like TrackWise
