Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in plastics and packaging solutions, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting warehouse operations and transportation coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Shipping Coordinator

**Pay Range:** $18 per hour

**Shift:** 1st shift Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

+ Coordinate daily shipping and receiving schedules to ensure timely deliveries

+ Prepare and process shipping documents such as BOLs and packing lists

+ Track incoming and outgoing shipments, communicate with carriers, and resolve any delays or issues

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations

+ Enter data into ERP or warehouse management systems and support administrative tasks

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse administration, traffic coordination, or logistics

+ Ability to work effectively with teammates across departments

+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Familiarity with shipping documentation, freight terms, and transportation methods
