Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join their team. As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be part of the IT department supporting digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** ServiceNow Solutions Architect

**Pay Range:** 65.00-72.00

What's the Job?

+ Lead the design and optimization of the enterprise ServiceNow platform to meet organizational goals

+ Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectural solutions

+ Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives

+ Design solutions that promote seamless system integration and data flow across departments

+ Implement governance practices to ensure platform compliance and manage risks effectively

What's Needed?

+ 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture

+ Strong knowledge of workflows, scripting (client/server), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub

+ Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and EA

+ Relevant certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, EA) are preferred

+ Solid grasp of ITIL and enterprise architecture principles
