Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a LoanIQ Closing Specialist to join their team. As a LoanIQ Closing Specialist, you will be part of the Commercial Lending department supporting loan processing and system conversions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

LoanIQ Closing Specialist - AZ - VMO

**Location: Chandler, AZ** - Hybrid

What's the Job?

+ Support day-to-day operations within Commercial lending, focusing on system conversions from AFS to LoanIQ

+ Book and fund commercial loans accurately in LoanIQ

+ Respond to internal requests to post funds and handle money movement activities

+ Assist staff in adopting LoanIQ by reducing the learning curve and providing support

+ Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth loan processing and system integration

What's Needed?

+ Proficiency in LoanIQ software and commercial loan operations

+ Experience with booking and funding commercial loans

+ Knowledge of commercial loan closing documents and credit agreements

+ Familiarity with AFS system is a plus, but not required

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
