As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations by monitoring alarm panels, managing access control systems, and coordinating communication between teams. Your responsibilities will include responding to incidents, dispatching personnel as needed, and maintaining detailed records of all activities. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to help foster a welcoming environment. Job Schedule:

Fri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related incidents and activities within the manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Dispatch security personnel to respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance as needed.

+ Maintain detailed logs and records of all calls, incidents, and dispatch activities.

+ Provide customer service by following site-specific policies and procedures, and assist visitors or employees as required.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Communicate with on-site personnel and management to relay important information and updates.

+ Support emergency response activities by coordinating with internal and external resources as directed.

+ Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through prompt communication and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Availability across various days and shifts

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
