    As an Assistant Director, you get to:

    + Lead! Manage school staff by planning work schedules and assisting with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.

    Job Requirements:

    + Must be at least 21 years of age

    + Must have previous management experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed daycare or child care facility.

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.

    + Schedule: Flexible availability required, with rotating shifts between Sunday and Saturday, 6:00am to 9:00pm.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    + Compensation $24-27/hour based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options

    + Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employee

    + Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
