    Your Responsibilities

    + Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals

    + Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings

    + Fabricate and assemble components with accuracy and quality

    + Inspect welds for strength, precision, and compliance

    + Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area

    What You Bring

    + Experience in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) in industrial or structural settings

    + Ability to pass weld tests and certifications (AWS, ASME preferred)

    + Strong attention to detail and safety standards

    + Familiarity with grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and fabrication tools

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus

    The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $58240.00/yr.

     

    4 day work week
