    Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

     

    Pay: $18 per hour

     

    Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

     

    Contract Duration: 1–2 years with potential for long-term extension

     

    Start Date: Flexible, ideally the Monday after clearance

     

    Background Check & Drug Test: Required

We’re expanding our team of Clinical Research Recruiters—individuals who are not only enthusiastic and personable, but also highly proficient in navigating digital systems and tools.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct high-volume outbound calls to recruit participants for product testing

    + Schedule and coordinate testing appointments

    + Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities

    + Collaborate with team members to meet daily recruitment goals (approx. 15 participants/day)

    + Efficiently manage digital files, folders, and shared documents

     

    System & Computer Skills – Required

    To ensure fast onboarding and seamless integration, candidates must demonstrate computer competency, including:

    + Navigating SharePoint and Excel spreadsheets with ease

    + Locating and organizing files within nested folder structures

    + Searching for keywords in PDFs and emails using shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl + F)

    + Using keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl + Shift + End, Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V for data handling

    + Setting up two-step verification using QR codes and authenticator apps

    + Creating and managing browser bookmarks for quick access to key webpages

    Qualifications

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Enjoy being on the phone with a “smile and dial” attitude

    + Experience in front office, customer service, or medical assistant roles

    + Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask across digital platforms

    + Professional, friendly, and tech-confident demeanor

    Interview Process

    + In-person interview (Monday–Thursday availability)

    + Evaluation of system navigation and computer skills may be included

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
