Project Engineer

Responsibilities

+ Develop and manage schedules, execution strategies, and resource planning for the Electrical & Instrumentation package.

+ Coordinate with design teams, vendors, construction teams, QA, and end users to ensure alignment and timely execution of project tasks.

+ Oversee FAT/SAT readiness and ensure all systems adhere to GMP, safety, and quality standards.

+ Act as the Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for all process-related queries within the Electrical & Instrumentation scope.

Essential Skills

+ Expertise in construction, electrical, and project engineering.

+ Experience in project coordination and capital projects.

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

+ A minimum of 2 years of industry-specific experience.

+ Proficiency in delta-v, construction management, project management, mechanical and electrical engineering, low and high voltage systems, and automation systems.

+ Knowledge in design and GMP environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Postgraduate qualification in project management or a related field is a plus.

+ Experience in the design and installation of electrical and instrumentation systems.

+ Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget for capital projects.

+ Familiarity with commissioning processes and automation systems.

+ Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.

Work Environment

The role requires reporting to an overall Project Leader onsite, working 5 days a week onsite, with an anticipated project duration of 2 years. The environment offers opportunities to work on complex, high-impact capital projects with exposure to full project lifecycles, engaging in cross-functional teamwork across engineering, construction, validation, and client engagement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
