CFAN Production Associate

San Marcos, Texas

Job Description

The Production Associate position involves performing all tasks related to the manufacturing of the company's products. This includes tasks such as loading raw materials, sorting plies, producing kits, bagging and labeling, working with raw materials, and applying these materials onto the mold following specific planning guidelines. The role requires adherence to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure efficient and safe production.

Responsibilities

+ Load raw materials onto production equipment.

+ Pick and sort plies for product assembly.

+ Produce kits and ensure accurate bagging and labeling.

+ Apply raw materials onto molds according to planning instructions.

+ Prepare bags for compaction processes.

+ Push and pull carts to stage blades.

+ Utilize tools such as bones, scissors, and scalpels safely.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with general labor in a production environment.

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required.

Work Environment

This position operates on the 1st shift 7:30 - 3:30 pm, 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 11:30pm, and the 3rd shift from 11:30pm to 7:30am. The work environment encourages safe work habits and efficient production processes. The role includes utilizing various tools and requires adherence to safety and efficiency standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Marcos, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
