    Survey Crew Chief – PA/NJ Projects

    Are you an experienced survey professional ready to take the lead on challenging construction projects? We’re looking for a **Survey Crew Chief** to join our team and oversee critical surveying operations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

    What You’ll Do

    + Establish and monitor survey control points

    + Efficiently operate standard survey equipment

    + Produce accurate red-line As-Built drawings

    + Perform topographic and cross-section surveys

    + Prepare and maintain required survey documentation

    + Care for and maintain assigned equipment

    + Supervise and mentor a Rodman on your crew

    + Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness

    + Use survey software to streamline tasks and reporting

    What We’re Looking For

    + **5+ years** technical engineering/surveying training

    + **3+ years** construction field experience

    + Strong communication skills and team-first attitude

    + Ability to thrive in all weather and site conditions

    + Willingness to travel as needed

    + Valid driver’s license required

    + **PA and/or NJ LS license preferred**
