User Experience Designer

We are seeking an **Experience Designer** with a strong focus on AI/ML-driven products and features. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of interaction patterns for conversational and generative UIs, and the ability to transform intelligent systems into intuitive, valuable experiences.
This role requires excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into innovative design solutions. Candidates should bring a foundation in user-centered design methodologies, along with strong communication skills to effectively present design decisions to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
You will thrive in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team environment—helping to translate product strategy into interaction flows and final designs, partnering with technology teams to plan and deliver new features, and ensuring a consistently high standard of employee-facing experiences.
Key Responsibilities
+ Design and optimize Generative AI experiences with a focus on intuitive interaction patterns and output quality.
+ Prototype and validate AI concepts with users to ensure clarity, usability, and accessibility.
+ Apply insights from qualitative and quantitative data to improve model engagement and user satisfaction.
+ Translate research findings into actionable AI design strategies.
+ Lead the creation of a Generative AI Design Framework, including standards and best practices.
+ Mentor UX peers in Generative AI design and serve as an advocate for its value across the organization.
+ Partner with researchers, product managers, and engineers to ensure delivery aligns with design intent.
+ Apply color, composition, and content strategy to raise the bar for digital employee experiences.
Required Qualifications
+ 5+ years of experience in UX, experience design, or related role.
+ Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design skills, with commitment to user-centered design.
+ Proven track record designing enterprise-scale experiences, including responsive websites, applications, and digital interfaces.
+ Proficiency with design tools such as Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and similar platforms.
+ Familiarity with design systems (Material UI, Carbon, Fluent, or open-source equivalents) and their integration with front-end development.
+ Understanding of prompt engineering, model behavior, and ethical AI design principles (a plus).
+ Experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA.
+ Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience, Design, or related field—or equivalent training/certification.
+ Experience leading or participating in design and strategy mapping workshops.
+ Background in financial services or other complex enterprise industries.
**Pay Details:** $70.00 to $76.00 per hour
